Skating

Last night I took David skating for the first time. He must have fallen down 50 times but he got up and kept on going for the whole two hour session. By the end he wasn't falling quite as much. As we were leaving he asked when he could come again and was very persistant about coming back soon. Oh and I skated too. It has been at least 10 years since I roller skated and it took a while for me to get my balance. I think my center of gravity has shifted over the years.

Pizza

Last night I made pizza for my kids and then made one for myself. I have really come to enjoy pizza with just tomato and basil so I tried making my own. It was just crust, mozzarella cheese, Roma tomatoes and fresh basil. It was quite tasty and apparently others in my family liked it because there was none left when we returned from the temple.

When we left for Omaha at 4:00 pm there was no show on the ground now four hours later there is almost two inches with lots more to go tonight. This picture was taken at about 8:00 pm.
